Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not already been shipped we will be able to change your order, please contact us via phone or email and a member of our team will happily help you.

We have a set rate for all orders

Do you deliver to any country?
We currently only ship to the UK. Please see our shipping information for more details.

Can I track my item?
Yes, as soon as the item has been dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking number and information on how to track your item.

Is it safe to make a payment online?
Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption protection to protect your details and security checks are made on all payments to ensure the authenticity of each transaction this service is provided by SagePay.

I am missing an item from my order - What should I do ? You must contact us within 48hrs of receipt of your order to allow us to investigate and check our packing trail system - any discrepancies alerted to us after this timescale will not be investigated unfortunately.

Do you offer a pre-order service ? No - every item is held in stock and available for immediate despatch

 Where are you based and do you offer a collection service? We are based in Kingsteignton, Devon - and yes, absolutely! You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse. Collections are to be pre-arranged

I no longer required my item, or my customer has changed their mind - can I return an item for a refund or cancel my order?

Unfortunately not, we are a business to business supplier and do not accept returns or refunds. We generate and dispatch orders the same day so we can not allow cancellations
